New Description
This course takes all theoretical knowledge within IP, SIP, IMS, H.248 and DIAMETER, and puts it to use in staged troubleshooting scenarios. It focuses on establishing a detailed baseline, and using this to find the faulty node in a number of common IMS call scenarios.
Target group
This course is designed for professional IMS support engineers, who are expected to be able to receive customer complaints, and turn these into detailed trouble reports to be handed to design teams.
Prerequisites
This course requires detailed knowledge of IP networking, SIP and IMS, corresponding to our courses “TCP/IP in Practice, SIP Advanced och IMS Technical. It also requires knowledge of H.248 and DIAMETER corresponding to our courses Megaco/H.248 respektive DIAMETER.
